The first \u00adSecondhome International Exhibition was held in Brussels during the weekend of 27-29 September, followed by Utrecht and\u00a0 Munich. Despite the fact that the Munich exhibition was a first, it was well received by the exhibitors and we have high expectations of this for Zandspruit Estates\u2019 first entry into the German \u00adm\u00adarket. The first prospective clients have already booked their familiarisation trip!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We already have the first 2016 \u00adEuropean exhibitions booked: starting with the \u00adSecondhome Exhibition in Ghent, Belgium from 13-15 February followed by Utrecht, Netherlands from 4-6 March. From 13-15 March we will be exhibiting at \u00adSecondhome International D\u00fcsseldorf, Germany.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcsseldorf is the capital of the \u00adG\u00ad\u00aderman state North Rhine-Westphalia, \u00adGermany&#8217;s most populous federal state and lies right in the heart of the European Market. 150 Million people live within a radius of 500 kilometers, \u00adrepresenting 35 Percent of the \u00adEuropean Union&#8217;s \u00adtotal population. Some 5,000 \u00adinternational Companies have chosen D\u00fcsseldorf as their German home base.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcsseldorf is a bustling Rhine metropolis and is well known for its fashion \u00adindustry and art scene and lies adjacent to the Ruhr district, an urban area in North Rhine-Westphalia with a \u00adp\u00adopulation \u00addensity of 2,800\/km\u00b2 and a \u00adpopulation of eight and a half million.\u00a0 It is the \u00adlargest urban agglomeration in Germany.<br \/>\nOur expectations of the first \u00adSecondhome International\u00a0 \u00adExhibition\u00a0 in this area are high and we \u00adexpect to be able to attract various clients to \u00advisit Hoedspruit and Zandspruit Bush &amp; Aero Estate in particular soon.<\/p>\n<p>We still offer the 8-day \u00adfamiliarisation trip.\u00a0 Accommodation is provided in one of the completed, fully furnished, \u00adluxury safari homes. Visitors will \u00adexperience real bush living and what it\u2019s like to own a home in the African \u00adBushveld.
