Two of the four bedrooms are directly accessible from the villa itself, the other two rooms are located in a separate guest house.

 

Kitchen and utility room

The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a combi hot air/microwave oven, two conventional ovens, two dishwashers, a 5 burner 90 cm wide gas hob and an American fridge with water and ice dispenser. Both sinks are equipped with a close-in boiler. All appliances are from Bosch. The fireplace in the kitchen ensures a cozy atmosphere in the colder winter months. The kitchen is air-conditioned.

 

Upper Floor

The upper floor is partially located above the kitchen and utility room. Part of the upper floor offers room for extra beds, should that be desired. In the other part you will find a competition size billiard (pool) table. The upper floor is also air-conditioned.

 

Covered patio

The covered patio is equipped with a dining table that seats 8 to 10 people and also features a spacious bar. Room enough for cozy evenings of entertainment, near the pool. The bar is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment.

 

Outdoor terrace

Throughout the year there are pleasant temperatures in Hoedspruit. This makes it possible to relax outside all year round. The terrace offers enough space for the whole family to enjoy the sun. The covered (thatched) part of terrace has a luxurious lounge set where you can enjoy unsurpassed sunsets and breath-taking views of pristine African Bushveld. For the cooler evenings there is a boma where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and of course delicious dishes from the braai around the fire.

The private swimming pool offers year-round swimming pleasure, even in the winter months (July and August).

 

Carport, utility room and storage

Next to the entrance is a carport, also thatched and integrated into the house. From this carport, through the back door, the utility room with separate pantry is accessible. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer, both with a capacity of 9kg. On the other side of the carport is a storage room of about 25 m2, which if necessary can be used as a bedroom and bathroom. The plumbing is not fitted in this room, but all piping is provided.

 

General

The house is equipped with a home battery (5Kw) which allows essentials to continue working (refrigerators, lights, internet) even during power outages. The home is connected to fiber optics, the current subscription internet speed is 50Mbps up/download speed and can be increased to 200Mbps if desired.

All bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the floor near the billiard room are air conditioned (total of 7 units). Hot water supply is regulated by three heat pumps with boilers, close in boilers are available in the kitchen.

The house was built in 2016 and in 2021 equipped with a completely new kitchen with appliances. Also in 2021 the entire patio was replaced with hardwood. The house has been completely painted inside and out and also the thatched roof has received extensive maintenance. Much of the furniture was renewed in 2021.
