Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate offers you full title stands that vary from 2 500 to 15 000 m2, and we take great care in offering you a wide variety of pre-designed bush homes, which can accommodate minor alterations to suit your personal tastes and preferences. Our designs are expertly drawn by Architects Förtsch and Associates. Their expertise and knowledge of the Estate has inspired the options available to ensure maximum benefit of the beautiful environment that surrounds you.
You are however, welcome to have your home designed to your own specifications (within the parameters set out by Zandspruit Estate Home Owners Association), should the pre-designed options not suit your specific needs. You are welcome to use the Estates’ Architects for this service or an Architect of your choice.
