International Marketing 3rd Quarter 2015

•  6 January 2016

October has been a busy month for the International sales team. The first Secondhome International Exhibition was held in Brussels during the weekend of 27-29 September, followed by Utrecht and  Munich. Despite the fact that the Munich exhibition was a first, it was well received by the exhibitors and we have high expectations of this for Zandspruit Estates’ first entry into the German market. The first prospective clients have already booked their familiarisation trip!

We already have the first 2016 European exhibitions booked: starting with the Secondhome Exhibition in Ghent, Belgium from 13-15 February followed by Utrecht, Netherlands from 4-6 March. From 13-15 March we will be exhibiting at Secondhome International Düsseldorf, Germany.

Düsseldorf is the capital of the German state North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s most populous federal state and lies right in the heart of the European Market. 150 Million people live within a radius of 500 kilometers, representing 35 Percent of the European Union’s total population. Some 5,000 international Companies have chosen Düsseldorf as their German home base.

Düsseldorf is a bustling Rhine metropolis and is well known for its fashion industry and art scene and lies adjacent to the Ruhr district, an urban area in North Rhine-Westphalia with a population density of 2,800/km² and a population of eight and a half million.  It is the largest urban agglomeration in Germany.
Our expectations of the first Secondhome International  Exhibition  in this area are high and we expect to be able to attract various clients to visit Hoedspruit and Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate in particular soon.

We still offer the 8-day familiarisation trip.  Accommodation is provided in one of the completed, fully furnished, luxury safari homes. Visitors will experience real bush living and what it’s like to own a home in the African Bushveld. Should you be interested to visit Zandspruit please contact Gerrit Jan on
